Not a broker, lender or adviser

BrainstormReality is not a licensed real estate broker or agent, mortgage lender, attorney, tax preparer or financial adviser. It does not list, market or sell properties, does not arrange wholesale assignments and does not solicit investments.

Real estate investing involves risk, including loss of money. Examples, market figures and calculator outputs are illustrations, may be out of date and do not predict results.

Wholesaling regulations

Several US states regulate the marketing of contracts and require disclosures or a licence for certain wholesaling activities. Check the rules in your state and consult licensed professionals.

Accuracy

We try to keep information accurate and current, but science, regulations and best practice change. Content may contain errors or omissions and should be checked against primary sources before you rely on it.
